What are your services?
We offer Social Event Catering, Corporate Catering, Event Based Catering, Concession Catering, twice a week Takeout & Weekly Tiffin Service (coming soon).
What is Tai’s Kitchen’s style of cooking?
Our cooking style is Homestyle. We try our best to include popular dishes from all the regions of India in our Takeout service.
Does the Takeout menu change?
We change our menu every Tuesday’s & Friday’s! We strive to provide new meal options twice a week to keep things interesting, for our customers and us!
Can I customize my takeout order?
You can customize your takeout order from the posted menu for that day.
What is your packaging process?
Your order is prepared fresh and delivered the same day. In the wake of cooking the food the same day, we let it cool off before packing, this procedure is vital in protecting the freshness of the food. For local pick-ups we use recyclable plastic Containers.
Do you use chemicals or preservative?
No! We have a strict policy against the use of chemicals / preservatives, stabilizers, thickening agents, corn syrup, trans fats, artificial flavorings, and hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.
Home style Food to us implies that the food nourishment is pure, freshly cooked, balanced, non-greasy, healthy, and delectable. We utilize fresh vegetables, fresh un-canned legumes and lentils, high-quality spices and whole wheat flour. Some dishes might require ghee, butter or nuts. Customers are requested to call us before placing the order, if they have any allergies related questions.
How many days is the food good to eat?
Generally, the food can stay fresh and healthy for 5-7 days under proper refrigeration
How do I store/heat the food?
Storage: We deliver our tiffin's in grade containers/meal pouches and packaging. We advise that you store it in a refrigerator upon receiving the Meal and then promptly warm when required. For Rotis or any bread, make sure to cover them appropriately before refrigerating to prevent it from hardening.
Reheating: We deliver our tiffin in microwave safe food grade containers (For Local) or FDA approved meal pouches (For Shipping). Which makes it easy to warm directly in the microwave, but make sure to remove the lid before microwaving. You can also warm the food by putting the meal pouches in the boiling water of 3-4 minutes. The recommended duration of microwaving food is 3 minutes. For Rotis, or bread warm in the microwave for 20 seconds or directly on the stovetop for 15 seconds on each side.

Our Takeout menu will be posted on our Tai's Kitchen's FB Page, Website and in our WhatsApp groups on every Sunday for Tuesday & Wednesday for Friday. How do I place an order?
You can send text or WhatsApp message for your order on mobile # 704-421-4279. We must receive order by 11pm for the next day for guaranteed service or latest by 9am for the same day delivery.
When can I pick-up my order and from where?
- Curbside Pick-up after 5:30pm on Tuesday's & Friday's. Sunday’s after 9:30am to 1pm

Delivery is available at following rate from pick-up location on request:
- * 1-15 miles - $10
- * 16-20 miles - $18
- * 21-30 miles - $20
Catering Order delivery charges for will be different. It’s depending on the order and distance.

What is Tai’s Kitchen’s delivery schedule?
Our delivery window is between 6pm-8:30pm
What if I am not home to receive the delivery?
If you are not available to take the delivery, then we will leave your order outside your door or will be handed over to your concierge.
